Readiness and consulting fees
Consulting fees depend on the size and complexity of the unit, current documentation, target level, number of visits and depth of implementation support. MSM Expert consulting plans currently begin from ₹15,000, subject to a scope review.
Internal implementation cost
Some gaps can be closed through better procedures and records. Others may require training, calibration, safety improvements, maintenance, testing or equipment changes. These operational costs are specific to each factory.
Questions to ask before accepting a quotation
- What deliverables and visits are included?
- Does the scope cover implementation or only document templates?
- Which official charges are excluded?
- Who owns each action and how will progress be reviewed?
- Is any certification guarantee being claimed improperly?
Avoid anyone promising guaranteed certification. Ask for a written scope and confirm all official payments through authorized channels.
